Layne SiskThe President and CEO of ServerPlus. Prior to founding ServerPlus, Layne was the founder of one of the first internet retailers, selling products via newsgr- oups before the intro- duction of the World Wide Web and then successfully migrating to becoming a major internet retailer on the Web. Layne has a BS in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix with a minor in accounting. Layne has many diverse business interests and is a sits of the boards of several successful companies. Layne and his wife Kathy are the proud parents of 3 children, and are active in both community and church.

Warren Smith Directs the manage- ment and creation of the tools Serverplus uses
to optimize operations. He brings 7 years of ISP technical experience
to the team. Warren graduated from Utah Valley University with a
bachelor's degree in Computer Science. |
Brad Gardner System Administrator/Network Engineer. Brad has 7 years of experience and a BS in Information Technology from Utah Valley University. He and his wife, Becky, have a 3 year old son and a newborn daughter to keep him busy when he's not at work.

Bo Barrett Call Center Manager. has been with the ServerPlus since 2005, during that time he has overseen growth and
maintained quality in our support center for 2 years. Prior to that he
worked as a technician at ServerPlus and was quickly promoted to a
supervisory position. Bo has an established background in WISP support,
equipment and implementation. |
