Implementations with many ISP's have established our proven record for reliable and seamless service.
ServerPlus began in October of 2000. The company was created out of necessity rather than a design to grow a call center. In January of 2000, Layne Sisk acquired a customer base in lieu of payment for a debt owed by an existing Internet Service Provider that had filed for bankruptcy. It quickly became apparent that the available outsourced technical support was grossly inadequte. Discussions with other ISP's in the area revealed that they were experiencing similar challenges, and there was a significant demand for quality, affordable technical support.
Shortly thereafter, Warren Smith joined with Mr. Sisk, bringing with him considerable technical expertise, and ServerPlus was born. Initially, ServerPlus provided technical support for that limited existing customer base acquired earlier in the year. However several other ISP's expressed willingness, and in some cases desperation, to find an alternative to their current situation. By the end of the first quarter of 2001, ServerPlus was providing technical support for several different ISP's and the demand was beginning to snowball.
In August 2001 Serverplus moved beyong being only a call center to a full service product. At this same time it began to focus on the wholesale market exclusively, providing:
ServerPlus has since added VOIP support, wireless support, fiber support, IPTV support, cable TV and cable Internet support, and T-1 support to it's offerings. Currently ServerPlus supports clients on all of these platforms and services as well as supporting multiple billing and other platforms.
